We will use journaling and other exercises to guide you. Goals require planning, support and accountability. In this workshop we will look at your 2010 goals and the ultimate purpose behind them. Together we will develop strategies and break down your goals to achievable tasks. We will also look at any limiting beliefs or hidden obstacles that might get in the way of you reaching your goals.
